CONSIDERATION TO DISCUSS THE SOUTH PASADENA POLICE DEPARTMENT’S EVALUATION OF PROSPECTIVE VENDORS PROVIDING AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READER (ALPR) TECHNOLOGY AND PROVIDE DIRECTION REGARDING VENDOR SELECTION AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council review and discuss the South Pasadena Police Department’s (SPPD) evaluation and analysis of prospective vendors offering Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) technology and provide direction regarding vendor selection.
