6. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV, INC. TO ADD SIGNAL AND
WASTEWATER COLLECTION ASSET DOMAINS TO ENTERPRISE ASSET
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Approve Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City
and OpenGov, Inc., in the form approved by the City Attorney that adds the Signals
and Wastewater Collection asset domains to the City's Enterprise Asset
Management scope of services and increasing the Agreement's Maximum Amount
from $831,711.30 to $926,264.56; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents.
