(37) 26-1115 CD 9 MOTION (PRICE – HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for sanitation services associated with the 30th Annual Central Avenue Jazz Festival. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $35,688.97 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281209 (CD 9 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to Solid Waste Resources Fund No. 508- 50, Revenue Source Code 530100 for sanitation services associated with the 30th Annual Central Avenue Jazz Festival. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Sanitation to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
