(38) 24-0179 CD 11 MOTION (PARK – PADILLA) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing bonds, in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 to finance the new construction of the furnishing and equipping of an educational facilities in Council District 11. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on July 29, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the new construction of a furnishing and equipping of an educational facilities project located at Westside Neighborhood School (Project), located at 5340 Alla Road in Council District 11.
