(36) 26-1113 CD 8 MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON – HUTT) relative to funding streetlight repairs along Jefferson Boulevard for streetlights that were vandalized during construction of the Jefferson Beautiful Active Transportation Program Project. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $485,320 from the Measure M Fund No. 59C-94, Account No. 94YV63 (Active Transportation Program Project Funding Gaps) to the below listed Accounts and in the amounts specified in the Street Lighting Fund No. 100-84 to fund streetlight repairs along Jefferson Boulevard for streetlights that were vandalized during construction of the Jefferson Beautiful Active Transportation Program project: •Account No. 1090 (Salaries-Overtime)- $291,192; •Account No. 6020 (Operating Supplies & Expense) - $145,596; and •Account No. 8780 (Street Lighting Improvements and Supplies) - $48,532 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering and Bureau of Street Lighting to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/ clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
