(35) 26-1112 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for Pest Control Mitigation at Warner Grand Theatre in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $40,000 from Park & Rec Sites & Facilities Fund No. 209-88, Account No. 88CMFO (Proposition K Specified Shortfalls), to the Engineering Special Service Fund No. 682-50, new account to be entitled "Warner Grand Theatre," for Pest Control Mitigation at Warner Grand Theatre within Council District 15. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering and City Administrative Officer to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer instructions to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
