(4) 21-0930 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to authority to execute an agreement with First American Data Tree LLC to provide real estate information services. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), or designee, to: 1. Execute an amended and restated Contract No. C-139953, and reinstate the contract if necessary, with First American Data Tree LLC to extend the term by six months through March 31, 2027 with an option to extend for an additional six months to September 30, 2027 and increase the contract amount by $122,000 from $675,000 to $797,000 for real estate information services in substantial conformance with the attached draft document, subject to contractor’s performance, funding availability, and approval of the City Attorney as to form. 2. Prepare Controller instructions and make any necessary technical adjustments consistent with the Mayor and City Council action on this matter, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer (CAO), and request the Controller to implement the instructions. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that the proposed contract will be funded by LAHD special funds ($121,569) and the General Fund ($431) included in the 2026-27 Adopted Budget. There is no additional impact to the General Fund. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO reports that the recommendations in its report comply with the City’s Financial Policies in that the proposed contract will be funded by dedicated funding sources and expenditures will be limited to the mandates of the funding sources.
