8. Authorize Execution of Agreement with Bowman for the design of the Big Dalton Wash Greenway Project and the Big Dalton Wash Trail and New Pocket Parks Project (Big Dalton Pocket Park at Francisquito) - CIP No. 20-182 & CIP No. 22-016 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize execution of agreement for the design of the Big Dalton Wash Greenway Project and the Big Dalton Wash Trail and New Pocket Parks Project comprising CIP No. 20-182 and No. 22-016 with Bowman Conulting Group Ltd. in the amount of $334,590.00; and, 2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Bowman; and, 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make budget adjustments as necessary.
