9. Approve Change Order to Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project: Sod Replacement & Soil Preparation (CIP No. 21-129 Phase C), and approve contract with Cal Blend Soils Inc. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Execute a deductive Change Order in the amount of $10,000.00 to the current contract with SGD Enterprises dba Four Seasons Landscaping for Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project: Sod Replacement and Soil Preparation (CIP No. 21-129 Phase C); and, 2. Approve and award the construction contract for the Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture Project: Sod Replacement and Soil Preparation (CIP No. 21-129 Phase C) Rock Screeening and Soils Amendments Work with Cal Blend Soils Inc. in the amount of $64,145.00; and, 3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with SGD Enterprises dba Four Seasons Landscaping, subject to any revisions deemed necessary by the City Attorney; and, 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and budget adjustments as necessary.
