8. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1612 Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Interfaith Community Services to continue providing two Outreach Social Workers under the Homeless Services Manager in support of the Homeless Evaluation, Assistance & Response Team (HEART); update the scope of work to reflect the City's transition to a civilian-led outreach model; extend the agreement through June 30, 2028, in the amount of $520,000 for a revised total contract amount of $1,040,000; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the amendment.
