Authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary application and agreement for\nconversion of Southern California Edison owned streetlights to Light Emitting Diode through\nthe California Public Utilities Commission approved LS-1 Option E program; and\n2. Establish color temperature specifications at 3000K for residential areas and 4000K for\ncommercial and industrial areas.
