Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. to Professional Services\nAgreement with Ardurra Group, Inc. for the Sewer Pump Station #35\nImprovements (CIP SS1903) Project Management Services - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7401: 1. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc., (a) to extend the\nAgreement term to December 31, 2025, (b) to modify the Scope of Services\nduring the extension by eliminating the 6th Street Alley and Water\nReplacement (CIP SS1902) and limiting the Scope of Services to the Sewer\nPump Station #35 Improvements (CIP SS1903) only, and (c) to update the\nlabor rates during the extension; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment No. 1.
