18. FIRE DEPARTMENT DORM HVAC REPLACEMENT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the Finance Manager to amend the FY 2022-23 budget to\nincrease account 260-710FIR-6610 by $12,500 to replace the HVAC\nsystem in the Fire Department Dorm; AND\nB. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Purchase Order per the City’s\npurchasing policy; AND\nC.
