PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE: 2022 REPORT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH STATE-MANDATED FIRE\nINSPECTIONS (Fire Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the commonsense exemption; and\n(2) Adopt a resolution acknowledging receipt of the Pasadena Fire Department’s report on its level of compliance\nwith state-mandated annual fire inspections as required by Senate Bill 1205 and California Health and Safety Code\nSection 13146.4.
