UPDATE ON NEW HOUSING LAWS – F2M23-16\nA few years ago, the City Attorney’s office provided training to the Alhambra Planning\nCommission concerning roles and responsibilities as well as an update on new housing\nlaws. That training has been updated and will be presented to the City Council this\nevening, and then the Planning Commission at an upcoming Planning Commission\nmeeting.\n2\n5-8-23\nRecommended Action: City Council receive and file this informational report.\nCONSENT AGENDA (Item Nos. 4 – 21)\nAll items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered by the City Council to be routine and\nwill be enacted by one motion unless a citizen or Council member requests otherwise; in which\ncase, the item will be removed for separate consideration.
