K. Professional Service Agreements to Implement Land Management\nSoftware - That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution 7360 approving a\nProfessional Service Agreement with Infinity Technologies for $41,000; and, 2.\nAdopt Resolution 7361 approving Amendment 1 to the Software as a Service\nAgreement with Tyler Technologies, increasing expenditures by $47,466\n($27,466 for Land Management Software and $20,000 for contingency for\ntraining and reconfiguration in Incode); and, 3. Adopt Resolution 7362\napproving Amendment 1 to the Professional Service Agreement with Holistic\nSystem Integration Solutions, extending the term by six months; and, 4.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute each agreement and amendment.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING
