10. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 19-01 WITH\nYUNEX, LLC FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS\nTHROUGHOUT THE CITY\nPresented by Norm Wray, Senior Engineering Technician\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to amend the contract for maintenance\nand repair of traffic signals throughout the City and extend the term for an additional year\nof service. The total contract amount for routine and extraordinary maintenance is\nexpected to be $340,273 annually. These costs are included in the proposed\nFY 2023-24 budget in the traffic signal maintenance account (11-560230-6240).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to a Professional Services\nAgreement with Yunex, LLC for the maintenance and repair of traffic signals throughout\nthe City; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-\nmonetary changes to the amendment; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk\nto execute the amendment.
