3.6 AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN CITY OF IRVINE AND TIERRA VERDE\nINDUSTRIES\nACTION:\nApprove Amendment No. 3 to Amended and Restated Lease between City of\nIrvine and Tierra Verde Industries, and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Amendment on behalf of the City.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council, the vote on this\nmatter will reflect the prior action of each Councilmember when he or she sat\nand voted as a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Park\nCorporation.
