3.9 APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND\nFUNDING FOR NORTHWOOD AQUATICS CENTER DECK REPLACEMENT\nACTION:\n1) Approve the construction plans, specifications, and contract documents for\nNorthwood Aquatics Center Deck Replacement project, Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP) project 362004.\n2) Approve a budget adjustment in the amount of $703,287 for Northwood\nAquatics Center Deck Replacement project, CIP project 362004.\n3) Approve the Engineer's Estimate, Construction Contingency, and Project\nFunding Summary.\n4) Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and award the construction\ncontract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in accordance with\nthe City's purchasing policies and procedures, within the approved project\nbudget.\n3.9
