F. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-01 AMENDING THE DEBT\nMANAGEMENT POLICY\nAn audit by the California State Auditor proposed recommendations to the\nCity’s Debt Management Policy. This report seeks Council approval of proposed\namendments to the City’s Debt Management Policy to incorporate the\nrecommendations by the California State Auditor. There is no fiscal impact\nrelated to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the proposed Resolution No. 23-\n01, amending the City Debt Management Policy to include the\nrecommendations made by the state auditors.
