h) REPORT ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE\n23-0258 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA\nBEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN\nAMENDMENT TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT\nWITH THE LOS ANGELES REGIONAL AGENCY\n(Environmental Programs Manager Doug Krauss)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement with the\nLos Angeles Regional Agency (Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the amended and reinstated Joint Powers Agreement\nand the City Clerk to attest to the proposed agreement subject to approval by the City\nAttorney.
