Approval of Additional Task for American Rescue Plan Act Consulting Work with\nHdL Companies to Provide a Program to Assist an Urgent Care Facility to Locate\nto Hawthorne.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council ask\nquestions as necessary and approve the proposal from HdL Companies to provide\nadditional consulting services to develop and implement a program to offer an\nincentive to any eligible medical professional group willing to open an Urgent\nCare facility in the City of Hawthorne and authorize the City Manager to sign\ncontracts with HdL ECONSolutions.\nCITY ATTORNEY'S CONSENT CALENDAR
