Appropriation of $43,900.59 from the Police Department Budget, 100-2101-222-\n0-0-47404, for Interoperability Network of the South Bay (INSB); and Approval\nof a Purchase Order in the Not to Exceed Amount of $43,900.59 to the City of\nTorrance for Interoperability Network of the South Bay (INSB).\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an\nappropriation of $43,900.59 from the Police Department Budget (100-2101-222-\n0-0-47404) and approve a purchase order in the Not to exceed amount of\n$43,900.59 to the City of Torrance for the payment of Interoperability Network of\nthe South Bay (INSB) invoice (2023-00152471).
