Approval of Agreement with South Bay Workforce Investment Board to provide\nbusiness assistance services under the City of Hawthorne’s Business Assistance\nGrant Program.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council ask\nquestions as necessary and approve the proposal from the South Bay Workforce\nInvestment Board to provide business assistance services for the City of\nHawthorne’s Business Assistance Grant Program and authorize the City Manager\nto sign contracts with the South Bay Workforce Investment Board.
