10. PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE\nADOPTING THE 2022 CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE\nWITH LOCAL AMENDMENTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Conduct public hearing and second\nreading of Ordinance No. 360 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST CALIFORNIA, AMENDING\nCHAPTERS 8.02, 8.04, 8.06, 8.12, 8.14, 8.16, 8.18, 8.20, 8.22, 8.24, AND\n8.26 OF TITLE 8 OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST MUNICIPAL CODE\nAND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 2022 EDITION OF THE\nCALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE (CALIFORNIA CODE OF\nREGULATIONS, TITLE 24), , TOGETHER WITH CERTAIN ADDITIONS,\nAMENDMENTS AND DELETIONS; and\n2. Find that adoption of Ordinance No. 360 is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) (the\nactivity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect\nphysical change in the environment) and 15060(c)(3) (the activity is not a\nproject as defined in Section 15378) of the CEQA Guidelines, California\nCode of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, because it has no potential for\nresulting in physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly.\n3.
