Improvements (Project No. 23027) to Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Superior Pavement Markings,\nInc. for $232,916.00, in substantially the form as attached and in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney;\n3.
