CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-44,\nAPPROVING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION FOR A SPECIFIED\nGRANT FROM THE 2022-2023 BUDGET STATE LEGISLATURE,\nAB178 CH.45 SECTION 233.19.56 (B) (1) (K) GRANT FUNDS FOR THE\nRENOVATION OF NEW TEMPLE PARK FACILITIES.\nThe City was allocated $200,000 in specified grant funds under the State\nlegislature budget AB 178 Ch.45 Section 233.19.56 (b)(1)(k) Program.\nFunds are intended for New Temple Park facilities renovations and staff\nwishes to submit an application packet before grant payments can be\napproved.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff Recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 23-44, approving submittal of the specified grant funds\nunder the State legislature budget AB 178 Ch.45 Section 233.19.56\n(b)(1)(k) program for New Temple Park facilities renovation project.
