8) CONSIDERATION OF UPGRADE TO MICROWAVE SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $1,017,589.00 to\nMicrowave Networks Inc. to upgrade the City's microwave infrastructure;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any agreements and documents necessary\nto upgrade the City's microwave infrastructure, in such form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any amendments to the Purchase Order or any\nagreements entered into in connection with the upgrade of the microwave infrastructure,\nprovided that the total cost for the upgrade does not exceed $1,100,000.00.
