Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 1.3 to\nDavid Evans and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $5,600.00 for the Design\nServices of South Highland Avenue at Mango Avenue Traffic Signal Project\nfor a total contract amount of $108,985.00.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any future amendments\nto the Task Order.
