Approves the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Public Improvements for\nTentative Subdivision Map (TSM) No. 2020-0002, 1493 Melody Lane, Engineering\nJob No. 3733;\n2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreements and related\ndocumentation; and\n3. Authorizes the City Clerk to release cash deposit after completion of\nimprovements.
