Paradise Ranch Residential Project, Applicant: True Life Companies - The Planning\nCommission adopted resolutions certifying the final Environmental Impact Report, adopting\nFindings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations; and adopting a mitigation\nmonitoring and reporting program under California Environmental Quality Act for Paradise\nRanch Residential Project and approved Tentative Tract Map 20286, Site Plan Review\n19SPR03, Tree Removal Permit 19TRP01, Tract Home Design Review No. 466 to develop\na single-family residential subdivision consisting of 50 homes on approximately an 85.2-acre\nproperty, with average lot size of approximately 8,262 square feet located on Canyon Hills\nRoad; the 50 single-family homes will range in size from 3,311 square feet to 3,984 square\nfeet and provide between four and five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, three-car\nattached garage and a driveway providing at least two additional onsite parking spaces;\nexisting single-family will remain as Lot 51, approximately 16.8 acres, as amended subject\nto Conditions of Approval\nPUBLIC HEARING - This portion of the City Council Agenda is for all matters that legally require an\nopportunity for public input.
