Wireless Conditional Use Permit 22WCUP03, Applicant: Jermaine Taylor with Smartlink, on\nbehalf of AT&T Wireless; The Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving\nWireless Conditional Use Permit No. 22WCUP03 for development of an AT&T Wireless\nCommunications Facility within city-owned open space consisting of 15 panel antennas, 36\nremote radio units, six surge suppressors, one microwave antenna, 18 DC power trunks,\nmounted inside a 30-foot tall tower disguised as faux water tank, and equipment enclosure\nwith one walk-up cabinet on proposed concrete pad, 20KW compact generator with 105-\ngallon diesel fuel tank, four DC 12 surge suppression units, four fiber winder boxes, one\ntelco box and one ciena box mounted on an H-frame, one step-up and step down\ntransformer with disconnect switch, one electric meter mounted, one fiber meet-me-point\npull box, and equipment enclosure comprised of 30' x 30' 8' high CMU wall enclosure,\nadjacent to Stagecoach Trail between Rock Springs Drive and Wandering Ridge Drive
