3.2 Award of Subcontract Agreement to Children’s Bureau for Family Resource Center\nFamily Stabilization Services and Authorization of a Purchase Order.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council:\nA. Approve the Subcontract Agreement with Children’s Bureau for the provision\nof Family Stabilization Services for fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25; and\nB. Authorize the corresponding Purchase Order for fiscal year 2023-24; and\nMAY 10, 2023\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.
