5. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R­23­15, RESCINDING\nRESOLUTION NO.'S R­21­28 AND R­22­18 TO ELIMINATE THE\nMANDATORY VACCINE MANDATE FOR THE UNREPRESENTED\nEMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE SMPOA,\nSMFFA, AND MODIFYING THE MOU WITH THE SMCEA\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. R­23­15. If\nCouncil agrees with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:“I move\nto adopt Resolution No. R­23­15, Rescinding Resolution No.'s R­21­28 and R­22­18 to\nEliminate the Mandatory Vaccine Mandate for the Unrepresented Employees,\nEmployees Represented by the SMPOA and SMFFA, and Modifying the MOU with the\nSMCEA.”
