11. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 WITH DUDEK FOR\nPROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE LIFT STATION\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,100 AND\nEXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 2\nincreasing the compensation amount by $47,100 and extending the term of the\nProfessional Design Services Agreement through December 31, 2023. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to approve Amendment No. 2 to the professional design services agreement\nwith Dudek, increasing the compensation amount by $47,100 and extend the\nagreement through December 31, 2023, for their continued services for the Lift\nStation Improvement Program, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment on behalf of the City.”
