2. Update to the Salary Range for the position of Finance Director. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a new Salary Range for the position of Finance Director effective the new\npayroll period after City Council approval; and\n2. Direct city staff to prepare an update to the City’s Employee Salary Schedule\nResolution and incorporate the new Salary Range for the position of Finance\nDirector.
