4. Project #PW2022-11 – Pritchard Field Improvement Project - Design Engineering Services.\n(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Award the Pritchard Field Improvement Project – Design Engineering Services\nAgreement in the amount of $276,575 to IMEG Corporation; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute change orders in a total\namount not to exceed $27,658 (ten percent of the contract amount) for any\nnecessary additional work.

Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2023-31 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nAUTHORIZING A FY 2022-23 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO\nALLOCATE $145,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND\nRESERVES FOR EMERGENCY CLEANUP AT 5320 GAGE\nAVENUE\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They\nare acted upon by the City Council and related authorities at one time without discussion.
