4. Project #PW2022-11 â Pritchard Field Improvement Project - Design Engineering Services.\n(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Award the Pritchard Field Improvement Project â Design Engineering Services\nAgreement in the amount of $276,575 to IMEG Corporation; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute change orders in a total\namount not to exceed $27,658 (ten percent of the contract amount) for any\nnecessary additional work.
