City Attorney Daudt read the title of Ordinance No. 2023-04, “AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND- RESTATING CHAPTER — 2.60\n(PURCHASING SYSTEM) OF THE LOS ALAMITOS MUNICIPAL CODE”.
