SAFRIET]:\nThe City Council will receive an update on organizational structure\nchanges and consider approval of adding eleven full-time\nequivalent (FTE) positions and eliminating ten FTE positions.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Proposed Organization\nChart effective July 1, 2023; 2) Approve adding the following new\npositions: a. Diversity & Inclusion Officer, b. Innovation Officer, c.\nSupervisor (Social Services), d. Specialist (Social Services), e.\nPublic Safety Manager, f. Recreation Specialist, g. Recreation\nLeader I (4 Part-Time), h. Public Works Inspector, i. Engineering\nPermit Technician, j. Assistant Director of Community Development;\n3) Approve eliminating the following positions: a.
