2.T. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENTS WITH ART\nCONSERVATORS FOR ART MAINTENANCE AND\nCONSERVATION ON-CALL SERVICES [L. BIERY, R.\nEHEMANN, M. MITCHELL]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the agreements for art\nmaintenance and conservation on-call services with Rosa Lowinger\n& Associates, Sculpture Conservation Studio of Constantinople Inc,\nand Silverlake Conservation LLC and extend the terms of the\nagreements.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nagreement for services with Rosa Lowinger & Associates to extend\nthe term to June 30, 2024; 2) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nagreement for services with Sculpture Conservation Studio of\nConstantinople Inc to extend the term to June 30, 2024; 3) Approve\nAmendment No. 1 to the agreement for services with Silverlake\nConservation LLC to extend the term to June 30, 2024; and 4)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
