Amendments to El Segundo Municipal Code Titles 7, 13, and 15 to\nStreamline Permitted Uses and Development Standards in All Zones and\nImplement Several Cleanup, Clarifying, and Conforming Provisions\nRecommendation -\n1. Waive first reading and reintroduce an ordinance amending ESMC Titles\n7, 13, and 15 including chapters and sections 7-2-2, 13-13-2, 15-1-6, 15-\n2-4, 15-2-5, 15-2-7, 15-2-8, 15-2-14, 15-2-15, 15-4 through 15-8, 15-10,\n15-15, 15-18-5, 15-30, 15-31-3 through 15-31-6, and 15-32-9; to\nstreamline the permitted uses and development standards in all zones\nand implement several cleanup, clarifying, and conforming provisions;\nand find it is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(3),\n15061(b)(3), and 15168(c)(2), as further described below.\n2. Schedule a second reading of the ordinance for the June 6, 2023 City\nCouncil meeting.\n3. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
