Adopt Resolution No. 23-30 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LICENSE\nAGREEMENT WITH ABOUND FOOD CARE.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-22, a\nLicense Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and Abound\nFood Care, allowing for use of space in a material storage yard at the City's\nWater Reclamation Plant located at 30 Avenida Pico to place and operate one\nsolar powered cold storage unit with solar panels.
