2.M. CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH T&G GLOBAL, LLC. FOR\nCIP 2304, DECORATIVE LANTERN PROJECT MID-CITY\nSTREET LIGHTING [S. CAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR, R.\nGARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider approval of a construction agreement\nwith T&G Global, LLC to construct CIP 2304, Decorative Lantern\nProject Mid-City Street Lighting.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a construction agreement with\nT&G Global, LLC dba St. Nick's, in the amount of $298,206.00, for\nthe construction of CIP 2304, Decorative Lantern Project Mid-City\nStreet Lighting; 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City\nEngineer to approve change orders to the construction contract in\namount not-to-exceed 20% ($59,641.20) of the total agreement\namount; 4) Include a funding allocation in the amount of\n$357,847.20 for construction of CIP 2304, Decorative Lantern\nProject Mid-City Street Lighting and related costs in the Fiscal Year\n23/24 budget; and 5) Adopt Resolution No. 23-________: "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD APPROVING THE DESIGN AND PLANS FOR THE\nCONSTRUCTION OF CIP 2304, DECORATIVE LANTERN\nPROJECT MID-CITY STREET LIGHTING, PURSUANT TO\nGOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 830.6."\nSTAFF REPORT
