TSIPIS, K.\nDEVINE]:\nThe City Council will consider authorizing an amendment to the\ncontract with Sharp Business Systems for an additional twenty-four\n(24) months of maintenance, support, and usage of Sharp copier\nand printing equipment at City facilities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 from Sharp\nBusiness Systems (Sharp) to extend the current contract for an\nadditional twenty-four (24) months; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to this Lease\nAgreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
