Administration and Cost Sharing for Implementing the Coordinated\nIntegrated Monitoring Programs and Watershed Management Program for\nthe Dominguez Channel Watershed and the Jurisdictional Groups 2 & 3 of\nthe Santa Monica Bay Watershed\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement\nfor three years, between the cities of Los Angeles, Carson, El Segundo,\nHawthorne, Inglewood, Lawndale, and Lomita, the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control District, the County of Los Angeles, and the South Bay\nCities Council of Governments for a total of $61,573 for Administration\nand Cost Sharing for Implementing the Coordinated Integrated\nMonitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Program\n(WMP) and the Dominguez Channel Watershed Management Area.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement\nfor three years, between the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles,\nLos Angeles County Flood Control District, and the cities of El Segundo\nand Santa Monica, for a total of $116,245 for Administration and Cost\nSharing for Implementing the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program\n(CIMP) and Watershed Management Program (WMP) and the\nJurisdictional Groups 2 & 3 of the Santa Monica Bay Watershed;\n3. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
