Introduce for first reading by title only\nOrdinance No. 1200-23, an ordinance amending Chapter 2.04.120 of the Lawndale\nMunicipal Code regarding Propriety of Conduct at Council Meetings and waive further\nreading; B.) Schedule the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 1200-23 for the\nnext meeting of the City Council, and schedule the adoption of Resolution No. 2305-021\nfor the same date; and C.) Find this matter exempt from review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15061(b)(3).
