Inc., for the 2022-\n2023 Concrete Repair Project in the amount of\n$97,500; and\n2) Reject the bid proposal submitted by National Pools\nInc., as non-responsive; and\n3) Reject all other bids received and authorize return of\nthe bid bonds; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract\nchange orders up to ten percent (10%) of the\ncontract amount, or $9,750, for a total construction\ncontract not-to-exceed amount of $107,250; and\n5) Authorize the City Administrator to execute all\nnecessary documents, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with Grigolla & Sons Construction\n2.
