Award of Maintenance Services Agreement to Hasa Inc.,\nfor Swimming Pool and Fountain Maintenance Services\nFiscal Impact: Expense: $53,250 Annual Contract Amount\nProposed Budget: $53,250 Fiscal Year 2023-34 Operating\nBudget (104076-6130)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Maintenance Services Agreement with Hasa\nInc. for Public Swimming Pool and Fountain\nMaintenance Services for an amount not-to-exceed\n$159,750 for an initial three-year contract term with\nthe option to extend for one (1) additional two-year\nterm for an amount not-to-exceed $53,250 per year;\nand\n2) Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract\nchange orders up to 10% of the annual contract\naverage of $53,250; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator to approve the\neligible contract term extension for one (1) additional\ntwo-year term based upon contractor performance\nand at the discretion of the City.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with Hasa Inc.
