Appointments to Fill Vacancies on One City Commission\nand Various Committees Fiscal Impact: None\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Make the necessary appointments to fill the vacancies\nlisted below:\na. One (1) vacancy on the Planning Commission\nb. One (1) alternate vacancy on the Heritage\nCommittee\nc.
